helpful staff great breakfast
the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast offered a great variety and tasted AMAZING!!! the hotel's proximity to the main train station is a plus. the tram stop to the historic center is right next door for easy transport.
the noise from the tram outside was noticeable. it made sleeping a little difficult even with the windows closed.

I loved how close it was to the central train station! It made getting around so easy. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was helpful. The room was a decent size. there was space for our suitcases, something I always appreciate. The variety of food options nearby, along with a supermarket across the street, was a big plus. Trams stopping right outside the hotel made getting around easy.
The street noise at night was slightly disruptive, especially when the tram passed by. I recommend packing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel offers convenient parking in the garage below. the elevator to access it is quite narrow, so larger vehicles should exercise caution. Access to the city center is simple. Either use the tram directly outside or take a short walk to the Ubahn station. I found this very convenient.

A woman serving breakfast was especially nice and attentive! I appreciated the clean and well-arranged dining area, and breakfast itself was great. Offering good selection of cold and warm dishes. And fresh coffee.

the staff was really friendly and helpful, they were always available. the hotel was very clean, the cleaning service was daily. the location is excellent.. very central, and a short walk to the main metro station. i found a fridge in my room, super useful.
i found the tram noise a little noticeable early in the morning.

the family room was a good size it provided extra room for suitcases and included 2 bathrooms
the staff were not very helpful i asked to move to a shaded room and they were not interested they just couldn't be bothered to listen this approach to customer service was really disappointing

location convenient, but issues with sleep
tram noise poor ventilation
My stay had some issues. The proximity to the tram line meant noise ALL night. Sleep was difficult even with closed windows. The absence of air conditioning made things even worse. A provided fan did little to combat the stuffiness.

clean room family room
the room was clean and spacious, it had a family room. a complimentary water and sweets waited for me, a nice touch i think.
the occasional tram outside disturbed my sleep, it runs frequently.
