the staff was really friendly and helpful, they were always available. the hotel was very clean, the cleaning service was daily. the location is excellent.. very central, and a short walk to the main metro station. i found a fridge in my room, super useful.
i found the tram noise a little noticeable early in the morning.

the family room was a good size it provided extra room for suitcases and included 2 bathrooms
the staff were not very helpful i asked to move to a shaded room and they were not interested they just couldn't be bothered to listen this approach to customer service was really disappointing

My stay had some issues. The proximity to the tram line meant noise ALL night. Sleep was difficult even with closed windows. The absence of air conditioning made things even worse. A provided fan did little to combat the stuffiness.

the room was clean and spacious, it had a family room. a complimentary water and sweets waited for me, a nice touch i think.
the occasional tram outside disturbed my sleep, it runs frequently.
